Caretaker / House Technician (m/f/d)

We, the SteSta Real Estate, are the commercial and technical property management of a Frankfurt Single Family Office. We are currently managing four near-supply centres in the Rhine-Main area with approx. 30,000 m2 of commercial space and 700 apartments, approx. 80,000 m2 of office and commercial space and multi-family houses with approx. 300 apartments. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a close-up center in Frankfurt am Main in full time at the next possible time

Care and supervision of all building facilities in the property Monitoring and acceptance of maintenance and repair measures Support for the management of infrastructure and technical building service providers Support in the follow-up of liability claims fault management of all building equipment Disruption-related repair and implementation of small repairs Interface between tenants and commercial/technical property management

Successfully completed craft and/or technical training Professional experience in a comparable position Knowledge of operator obligations desirable Secure appearance and strong customer understanding Self-employed and responsible work Ready to use and reliability driving licence class B Safe handling of current MS Office applications
