Expert Labor Law / Labor Relations (m/f/d)

In this position you are a generalist for special tasks and superordinate personal policy issues and are contact persons for supervisors, employees and HR business partners in all collective law issues. There are also the following contents: Monitoring and analysis of personal policy, labour law changes and developments as well as the derivation of measures and the creation of concepts for implementing Corporate representation in the General Works Council, Economic Committee, IT Committee, Crisis Management and Internal Projects as well as external to employers' associations, VDMA, DGFP Conception and negotiation of corporate and domestic agreements, business agreements, directives and regulations and responsible participation in the implementation of the above-mentioned regulations, including all necessary areas Accompanying social changes (Due Dilligence, Acquisitions, Mergers, Transitions of Operations) in all personal policy issues Control of and participation in change projects

You have a degree in law with a focus on individual and collective labour law or a comparable academic qualification as an economic lawyer and have many years of experience as employer representatives and labour law, preferably in a senior position. We are also important: Experiences in the manufacturing industry, ideally automotive, and in a global transformation context with topics such as implementation of HR systems, Equal Pay, Workforce Alignment. Knowledge of German labour law, collective bargaining and EU regulations Experience in project management Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation High persuasiveness, enforcement, resilience and positive, solution-oriented thinking Ethics and values, integrity, trustworthiness Very good German and English language skills and experience with MS Office
