Become part of IONOS and grow with us. For our shopping team we are looking for a dedicated shopping personality with a focus on marketing. You are responsible for the day-to-day business in this category, and, if required, you also support other shopping areas and work together with the team to expand Coupa. Tasks You check offers and negotiate production and creative contracts, buyouts and usage rights (Cast, Voice-over, music, AI sets). You accompany pitches and RFPs for creation, production and tools – from longlist to contract signature. You tax media agency pitches and contracts together with the media team: compensation models, Kickbacks, makegoods, audit rights, exit claws. You buy tools and licenses for marketing: Martech, Research, SaaS. You also support other shopping areas in the team when it requires the utilisation. You work together with the other buyers on the expansion of Coupa – in particular on the construction of Catalogues and Punchout connections. You keep the processes clean: contract deposit, supplier evaluation, savings reporting. Qualifications Shopping experience, ideally focusing on marketing or media purchase. Ideally a study in the business environment or a comparable training. Safe negotiation in German and English. Other languages of our markets (ES, FR, IT, PL, NL) are of advantage. Contract security for framework contracts, usage and license rights as well as SLAs. Experience with P2P systems such as Coupa, ideally incl. Catalog setup and punchout. Advantage: basic understanding of the media world (CPM, GRP, kickbacks, agency compensation models). AI is not a foreign word for you – you like to use it and of course in everyday work, even with Legal issues relating to AI content such as labelling requirements or AI designers as buyout alternatives. willingness to design and enjoyment of construction work – you actively contribute to the construction of the central shopping, instead only manage existing processes.
