Supplier Quality Manager (m/f/d)

For our Group Quality department in Leipheim we are looking for a Quality Supplier Manager (w/m/d) as soon as possible.

Development and implementation of the global and multi-site SQM strategy Building and continuous development of standardized quality processes throughout the Wanzl supplier network Planning, implementation and preparation of supplier audits at process and system level Supplier evaluation, selection and development Quality assessment of potential suppliers including Planning, organisation, implementation and follow-up of audits, risk analysis and release processes Ensuring product and process quality, in particular in the context of APQP and further initial sampling processes Preparation and preparation of quality assurance agreements (QSV) with suppliers for final legally secure signature Support in complaint management, e.g. by applying 8D reports, Ishikawa analyses and 5Why methods, to ensure sustainable corrective and effective preventive measures

You bring with them: A qualification as a technician, master or engineer in mechanical engineering or in process/process engineering Multiannual experience in Supplier Quality Management or quality assurance Very good knowledge of common quality methods (e.g. APQP, EMPB, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Risk Management, Six Sigma) Founded experience as an auditor according to ISO 9001, ISO 19011 and other relevant standards High decision strength and sovereign appearance – even in escalation situations Impressed communication and negotiation strength An independent, analytical and structured procedure Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Intercultural competence (particularly in dealing with Asia, USA and EU) Secure handling of MS Office, ideally VBA, SAP and CAQ systems readiness to travel national and international
