As a technical object manager m/w/d, you take responsibility for demanding objects in the technical building management and are the central contact person for our customers. Central contact for customers in all technical facility management questions Responsibility for technical support and safe operation of the building equipment Controlling and ensuring the contractually agreed services in the object Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees and deployment planning and resource management Monitoring of quality, dates and costs for the continuous optimization of object management

Technical training as an electronics engineer for energy and building technology, energy plant electronics, electrical installer, plant mechanic HKLS, SHK plant mechanic, heating engineer or gas and water installer Further training for technicians, masters or completed studies in the field of facility management, technical building equipment (TGA), utility technology, SHK or electrical engineering Multiannual professional experience (3-5 years) in a comparable position, ideally in technical building management Good knowledge of MS Office and ideal experience with SAP and Planon Representative customer and service orientation, negotiation skills, cost awareness, German level C1 as well as driving licence class B
