Control projects and build future! As an architect or civil engineer in the project management of construction measures, you play a central role in the planning and implementation of demanding construction projects. You control processes, coordinate different project participants and ensure that construction projects are implemented on time and in high quality. In the Construction department, you will find a versatile task with design playroom and responsibility.

Planning and coordination of large new building and reconstruction projects Selection, monitoring and cross-structural control of planning offices and freelance workers in compliance with procurement law Negotiations with authorities, planning parties and specialist departments Construction and control of the cost-effectiveness of projects as well as the perception of client tasks Monitoring compliance with guidelines and approval procedures and preparation of evidence of use

Complete study of architecture, civil engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience, in particular in construction supervision and construction monitoring and in the handling and planning of large construction measures Ideally, knowledge in the field of health and public municipal administration Very good computer skills and expertise in CAD and AVA Self-employed, careful and conscientious working Outstanding economic and cross-disciplinary understanding as well as critique and conflict resolution competence High level of commitment and enforcement Organizational talent and negotiation skills, coupled with a secure and very good communication skills in word and writing Team spirit, creativity and criticism and conflict resolution competence willingness to participate in meetings and appointments outside regular working hours Class B valid driving permit
