PARTICIPATION (M/W/D) FOR NEW APPROVAL PAYMENT

As Head of Department of Business Services, you are responsible for all tasks relating to transaction banking. You are worried about the further development of innovations, the implementation and compliance of regulatory issues (e.g. PSD3/ PSR, KWG, GwG/AML, Money TransferVO, DORA, etc.), the management of risk processes such as fraud prevention, automation and digitalization, as well as ensuring and increasing efficiency in this area.

The department is divided into 2 groups: Payment: (Inland/Ausland, SEPA, Instant Payment, Wero, Ebics and our Cash Management for Cash Systems) Central account balance monitoring: (developing and co-designing the entire card business, close cooperation with payment service providers and interface for outsourced deposit processing for private customers)

You are already a manager, direct employees and have extensive professional experience in transaction banking or Payment area? Here is your chance for the next step: the leadership of two groups in a leadership team, together with the group leaders of the two groups.

You are responsible for the newly created Payment department and report to the Head of Business. You guide and motivate the group leaders and employees in your area of responsibility. The customer-centric, solution-oriented and efficient orientation of the business processes in the department is essential for the task area, all employees and in the IT systems. The continuous development of the department in rapidly and permanently changing conditions, such as the use of automated processes to the use of AI, corresponds to your self-understanding in order to quickly, efficiently and qualitatively meet customer requirements. You support cross-departmental and cross-departmental cooperation, for example with the sales units or compliance management. You control and monitor service providers in connection with the tasks of your team The completed implementation of regulatory requirements for the responsible area of responsibility You have a role model and contribute to increasing customer satisfaction and achieving the goals of our bank.
