Own-sponsored implementation of pay and salary accounting with SAP HCM Care and management of personnel master files and the time economy Processing of entry and exits as well as changes in personal and accounting data Implementation of reporting and certification Communication with social security institutions, financial offices and other external bodies Creation of evaluations and reports in the area of Payroll Creation of work contract documents Cooperation in the optimization and digitization of billing and administration processes Participation in HR Shared Service and Process Optimization projects

Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on staff or wage billing Founded professional experience in payroll accounting with SAP (HCM) Good knowledge of labour, social security and tax law Very good MS Office knowledge High accuracy, discretion and sense of responsibility Self-employed and structured work Good communication skills and team skills
