The Malteser Waldkrankenhaus St. Marien in Erlangen is a hospital of the first stage of care and also operates in the urological area (university) maximum care as well as in orthopaedics, cardiology and gastroenterology. Around 35,000 patients are supplied annually in eight departments and two document divisions as well as the Geriatric Rehabilitation Department. The associated Malteser Institute for Health Care offers 120 training places for young people. The Malteser Waldkrankenhaus St. Marien currently employs approx. 1,000 employees.

The department of the archive is attached to the X-ray department and takes over all archive tasks. Your task area In this responsible position, you are an important part of our documentation and archiving team. Their tasks include in particular:

• Processing and archiving of medical records
• Digitization of medical documents
• Preparation of files for digitalization
• Control of digitized files
• Invoicing and document verification
• Provision of patient records
• Organization of archive logistics
