In your role as Project Management Office (PMO)(m/w/d)' in the SAP Success Factors environment, you support project management and especially project management in all organizational and administrative issues. They are responsible for coordinating appointments, meetings and workshops, as well as for monitoring measures They perform a coordination and control function between project management and project members and support risk, budget and resource management Depending on the requirements, they independently take part in the project and at the same time have a look at compliance with PMO standards, governance requirements and quality assurance (e.g. in the form of date quality). They support the maintenance and creation of project documents (e.g. reports, protocols, presentations or decision documents), as well as the management of the project management tools.

Multiannual experience in project management or PMO, ideally in the SAP environment Knowledge of HR digitization projects and experience with SAP SuccessFactors Embossed analytical skills and experience in data analysis and reporting Communication strength, organisational skills and a structured way of working
