You're burning for challenges?**

• As part of the project team, you support Integration of modern, cloud-based HR systems (such as SAP SuccessFactors) with existing on-premise solutions and ensure that central HR processes such as payroll accounting and time recording work smoothly even in system changes.

• You accompany the migration of HR systems to SAP SuccessFactors and contribute to the stability and efficiency of the system landscape.

• In Workshops with our clientele, you bring in, document the most important results and develop solutions together with the team .

• Existing HR System Landscapes Analyze with the support of experienced colleagues:inside and identifying Optimation Potentials, which you are implementing in concrete**Improvements**.

• You work closely with experienced consultants:inside, develop your technical**** and communicative skills** and collect valuable practical experience** in real projects.

Convince us with your potential!

• Interesse in dealing with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or related SAP technologies form a solid basis for your entry.

• You bring first project experience—be it from studies, internships or your own projects—and ideally have already worked with tools like Jira, Confluence or MS Project.

• Knowledge of work with interfaces and data integration (e.g. REST, OData) and first experience with programming languages such as ABAP, Java, JavaScript or Groovy are of advantage.

• SAP-specific tools such as WebServices, iDoc, BAPI or RFC are not strange to you or you are motivated to quickly incorporate you into these topics.

• Very good German and English skills in word and writing, as well as the Learning for occasional travel within Germany or Europe complete your profile.
