Your job As an e-commerce platform maintainer, you are responsible for the operational care, control and optimization of all connected sales platforms and shops in the B2B and B2C sectors. You work closely with master data management and ensure clean processes between ERP, PIM and marketplaces.
Important: This position does not include customer support – the focus is on systems, data, processes and platform operation.
Your core responsibility Operational platform operation Care and administration of linked marketplaces such as Amazon/OTTO/Kaufland/eBay etc.
Supporting our B2B and B2C shop connections Ensuring correct product data, prices, stocks and categorisations Monitoring data flows between ERP, PIM and platforms
Data & system work Working with SQL Server ( queries, evaluations, easy adjustments) Processing and Analysis of CSV Files Secure handling of Excel (formula, pivot, data check) Analysis and optimization of existing workflows
Process optimization Close coordination with the colleague in master data management Synchronization and improvement of data and release processes Quality assurance of product and platform data Support for Europe-wide platform alignment
Current & upcoming projects AI-supported product images AI-generated product texts Automated translations for international markets Structure and optimization of product data for marketplaces
