Team & Collaboration - Our Legal Department is deliberately slenderly organized and strongly focused on cooperation. We work hands-on, take responsibility and advance themes pragmatically and structuredly – with a high level of legal quality. Mutual reliability, clear communication and a common understanding of excellence shape our daily work.

Support for legal matters (including civil, corporate and energy law) as well as research and development of short legal assessments

Cooperation in the preparation, examination and maintenance of contracts and other legal documents

Preparation and monitoring of contract negotiations and close coordination with internal departments

Organisation and content preparation of committee meetings, including draft resolutions and draft minutes

Participation in participation management and support in the development and optimization of legal processes and internal processes

Independent coordination of organisational tasks such as time and deadline management, document care and communication with internal and external contact persons

Successfully completed legal qualification such as the first legal state exam, legal Bachelor, further education as legal specialist

First practical experience in the legal or administrative environment is an advantage – but more importantly, your motivation is to engage in new topics.
