Your tasks

Own-sponsored management of large-scale projects over the entire process in the function of the operational project management, over all project stages and areas of action, according to the performance of the AHO, Issue 9 Control of several major projects in parallel in multi-project management Central contact person for clients, bodies and decision-makers Construction and expert leadership of a team consisting of several project managers:inside, project engineer:inside and students Development and enforcement of suitable control and controlling processes in the handling of large-scale projects in multi-project control Ensure the quality of the work results of the project participants Quality assurance in execution through regular construction site visits Cost and appointment management in the project Support for the acquisition of new projects Identification of additional benefits and participation in the formulation and enforcement of supplementary requirements Quality assurance of the work results of expert project engineers and project engineers, work students, interns and interns

Min. 8 years of relevant professional experience in project management, of which at least 5 years as project manager for project management Experience as project-leading project taxer in large projects > 80 million € or in multi-project management Experience in dealing with contractors Experience in school building desirable Complete studies, preferably civil engineering or architecture or Economic engineering with appropriate orientation Experience in professional staff management Good knowledge of project management and planning, procurement and construction law (AHO Issue 9, HOAI, VgV, VOB) High willingness to pass on your knowledge to our employees as an advisory person and coach Loadability and sovereignty in critical project phases Very good expressiveness and formulation in German, as oral and written communication belongs to our To-Do's internally and externally daily Impressed ability to prioritize and self-responsible and structured working while at the same time high team capacity High motivation for continuous technical and methodological development
