Event Technician (m/f/d)

You take over the planning and disposition of event material with the help of the EasyJob 6 You organize material logistics as well as the preparation of transports You plan and coordinate events taking into account the time requirements Together with personnel planning, you will ensure that the projects are implemented on time You agree with internal employees and external service providers in terms of material needs You take care of the material stock and the maintenance and maintenance of the technical equipment You support the planning, preparation and execution of events

You have a completed training as a specialist for event technology You have good knowledge of the current MS Office applications You have already gained first experience with EasyJob 6 or comparable systems Communication skills and service orientation are your strengths You are flexible, team-ready and motivated to grow together with us
