You are an absolute nightman and wish in your job an exciting mix of administrative tasks and direct contact with the guest. During the night you will assist our guests with all questions and wishes regarding their stay with advice and action. Together with your team, you are a contact person for the safety and satisfaction of all guests and give everything to ensure that the visit to our house remains in good memory for them.

So your (future) day looks:

• You are responsible for the smooth running at the reception at night
• You carry out control and security tours in the hotel
• You are contact for our guests in all matters
• You control bookings and credit card bills
• You're going through the end of the day
• You check in our guests, show them their rooms and activate the room keys
• You are looking for all questions, messages, calls or concerns of our guests
• You give our guests information and directions around our hotel and the surrounding area
• You take care of check-out and process payments, as well as room fees

We wish you:

• You have a completed training in the hotel industry and already experiences in night service
• You have good time management
• You are safe to use the hotel programs and MS Office
• You communicate with our international guests in German and English (in word and writing)
• You have a friendly and accommodating appearance
• You have a strong team spirit
• A positive basic attitude and openness
• Flexibility, solution-oriented action and multitasking skills
