Sales Support Manager (m/f/d)

As a Sales Support Manager (m/w/d), you fully support our customers along the entire order and supply chain and, together with the Key Account Management and Marketing, you will create the Tandem customer team for our brand projects. This includes the following tasks: Complete customer processing in the fields of order management and customer service Close cooperation with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Production, Quality Management and Logistics Processing of orders and controlling the further process steps up to delivery Coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing Key Account Manager support for national and international retail customers and brand specialists Maintenance of customer master files including price and contract agreements Management and maintenance of customer listings and support of relevant customer portals Management and maintenance of business correspondence and documentation Pre- and post-processing of customer appointments, annual discussions and sales Processing and maintenance of customer contracts and transparent processing of sales-relevant information Examination and control of freight bills and settlement accounts Preparation of customer calculations, offers and action calculations Planning, organisation and support of sales activities incl. Model dispatch Creation of customer accounts and sales reports Maintenance and collection of forecast data and support for demand planning Preparation of evaluations, reports and sales-relevant analyses

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification Professional experience in the sales service, customer service or sales support within the consumer goods industry (FMCG), ideally in the food or other trade brands category Safe handling of ERP systems as well as common MS Office applications Experience in dealing with EDI processes and trading portals of advantage Very structured, independent and reliable operation Embossed organizational strength as well as high service and customer orientation Joy in coordinating different tasks and interfaces Communication strength and team capacity Very good knowledge of German in word and writing English knowledge of advantage
