Project Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Take responsibility for purchasing activities at selected suppliers and material groups, mainly manufacturing aids
• Complete the entire procurement process from the request to the procurement decision and order to the delivery
• Monitoring of procurement processes to ensure customer requirements regarding quality, costs and delivery dates
• Maintenance of master data in the ERP system SAP, in particular prices, delivery dates and recovery times
• Proactive risk management to predict possible disruptions in the process and supply chains and to implement appropriate measures to minimize the impact on business operations
• Close cooperation with internal departments as well as suppliers and business partners, especially in technical clarifications

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete technical or commercial training
• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing/creation
• Funded knowledge in purchasing, direct or indirect procurement processes
• Negotiating skills, enforcement ability and pronounced communicative skills
• Analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex relationships
• High readiness and ability to respond to changing requirements and priorities
