MES MBR Designer Fractionation (m/f/d)

The Octapharma production company Deutschland mbH (OPGD) in Springe near Hannover is one of five state-of-the-art production sites. There we produce with our around 850 employees: a finished product and intermediate products for further processing.

In your role as MES MBR Designer Fractionation (m/w/d), you are responsible for the MBR design in the MES system as Subject Matter Expert and Key User. This position is sought in full time with 38.5 hours per week and as a permanent parental representation.

• Cross-departmental interface for the MES system (Automation, SAP, IT) • (further)development, implementation and support of the MES system • Design, development and administration of production recipes (MBR) in MES • Project management for process optimization and standardization in system implementation at Group level • Support for technology transfer • Training and contact for users • Designing and creating work regulations, validation documentation and production documents • Initiation, processing and completion of TrackWise-Items (Change Control)

• Completed scientific/technical studies or natural science training with additional training (e.g. master) with multiannual professional experience • Very high IT affinity and experience in IT administration • Very good IT skills (in particular MES, PLS, MS Office) • Very good knowledge of relevant standards and laws (GMP) • Experience in handling troubleshooting and optimizations • Project management experience • Very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing Your department where you do something • The production of medicines runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The area consists of the divisions Basic Fractionation, Purification, Pharmaceutical Production and the two support departments Operation Support and Production Compliance & Documentation. • With some 260 employees, the fractionation is quantitatively the largest department at the site. Here, the frozen human plasma is separated and processed to intermediates.
