The rollout management of financial informatics supports savings banks in the introduction of essential OSPlus applications for all distribution channels, taking into account all success factors, with the aim of enabling customers to quickly and widely use IT solutions.

Management of IT rollout projects on selected customer-centric thematic bundles with the aim of quickly bringing savings banks into a broad use of the OSPlus solution offering, e.g. taking responsibility for the introduction and use intensification of applications in the institute-oriented demand fields with topics such as IT organization, internal control systems, risk management, regulatory, competence and rights system or money laundering Coordination and control of holistic measures from acquisition and consulting, practical testing and introduction to communication for a bundle of topics Coordination of cross-departmental cooperation and thus ensuring the synchronization and coordination with the established contact persons from the distribution and the FI sector as well as partner management through the integration and coordination of relevant partners from the Sparkassen financial group Development and management of new subjects and preparation and implementation of steering committees at management level Result and target controlling for the overall project as well as support and advice of the department manager in strategic tasks Definition and further development of standards for introductory practices as needed by savings banks

Successfully completed studies (e.g. in BWL, Economy, Bank) or comparable training Mind. 6 years of professional experience, extensive experience in project management or consulting Customer-oriented thinking and acting as well as analytical and conceptual approach to developing, advancing and implementing solutions in the sense of savings banks and financial information technology Safe appearance and presentation and communication skills Teamability and social competence in dealing with a wide range of interlocutors as well as enforcement and conflictability Knowledge of financial services processes and structures A high level of self-initiative, self-employment and reliability as well as readiness for regular travel activities
