Co-responsibility for a smooth daily routine and for controlling the processes in the market Support in employee planning, management and development Control of goods presentation and control of freshness, quality and availability Implementation of legal requirements (e.g. hygiene, occupational safety) Working with inventory, assortment design and sales promotion Communication with customers:inside, colleagues, suppliers Representation of market management in absence

Complete training in retail or comparable qualifications First experience in LEH, ideally already with responsibility for smaller teams or departments Organizational talent, commitment and structured working Joy in working in the team and in direct customer contact Willingness to take responsibility and develop yourself Ideally knowledge of goods management systems and economic indicators
