As a lawyer (m/w/d), you are a contact person within the legal department for all national and international corporate matters. In the field of compliance, you are responsible as one of several Group Compliance Officers for the implementation and continuous updating of the compliance management system applicable in the group of companies; as a member of the Internal Reporting Centre for Compliance-Hinweise, you are working on in-depth information and developing measures for individual cases or for general prevention. Consultation on all social issues, national and international Support in corporate housekeeping for companies belonging to the Drees & Sommer group Accompanying company foundations / mergers / liquidations in Germany and abroad Preparation and monitoring of committee meetings and implementation of the decisions Advice on managing compliance core risks identified in the Group of Companies and implementing appropriate measures in the Compliance Management System Advice on all questions relating to the Supply Chain Care Code, the Lobby Register and the Money Laundering Act Support of the compliance team as part of the internal reporting body in the work-up of notes, investigations and preparation of measures to be taken Support for the structuring and implementation of business transactions (M&A) and legal due diligence Implementation of internal training on the above topics Coordination of cooperation with external lawyers in Germany and abroad

Complete study of law with first and second legal state exams and focus on corporate law / compliance or comparable qualification At least 3 years of professional experience and comprehensive knowledge in economic law, company law, transformation law and ideally in the field of compliance and supply chain care obligations Very good German knowledge and good English skills Entrepreneurial thinking and action, solution-oriented functioning and a binding occurrence Joy in communicating complex legal issues in a comprehensible way, legal creativity and enthusiasm for innovative topics
