Just for such moments we build a new intensive educational group for children between 6 - 14 years old and seek people who stay when it becomes difficult. What really matters We have six children aged 6 to 14. Children who have learned that trust is risky. The limits must be tested to feel safe. You need more than care. You need: • Structure • Reliability • Relationship • and people holding them. And right here you come into play. About us The Children's and Youth Home of the Stulz-Schriever's Foundation in Baden-Baden accompanies around 280 children, young people and young adults with outpatient, semi-stationary and stationary help. Our work is based on appreciation, participation, diversity and professional quality.

Your duties You... • give hold when situations tilt • stay calm when emotions escalate • structure days, nights and transitions • accompany children through crises - without leaving them alone • help them to trust themselves • work closely with parents, therapists and the team • document not only - you make development visible. And yes: You'll have days where nothing works. And exactly these days you are the most important person in the room. Why this job is different? This group of dwellings is new.
