Intensive care and close support of new and extension and rehabilitation measures on the part of the University of Lübeck from project planning to acceptance (in this area also the assessment of the construction measures on the campus and safe mobility on the construction sites) Consultation of the utilities in all matters relating to construction Independent coordination of cooperation with the operationally responsible state building administration (GMSH) and with architectural and engineering offices Coordination and integration of measures in the ongoing operation of research and teaching Coordination with involved authorities (e.g. monument care, urban planning, etc.) Development of project-related policy proposals for the Bureau and implementation of decisions Determination of space requirements with researchers and teachers Coordination of construction measures with the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein

A completed study of architecture or civil engineering Multiannual professional experience in the construction planning of large new/reconstruction measures Experience in project management of large construction projects is desirable Conceptual approach in the development of measures High communication and negotiation competence Enforcement and self-initiative Teamability, strong organisational skills and loadability as well as independent and dedicated work Knowledge in procurement law (VOB, VgV), experience in dealing with the procedures of the state building (HB construction or RB construction), knowledge and understanding of the special requirements of academic operation, competence in the fields of teaching/laboratory planning and the ability to recognize process relationships, interfaces and their interactions are of advantage Very good German knowledge
