Your tasks:

Development, implementation and continuous optimization of work protection and safety guidelines in accordance with legal requirements (ArbSchG, DGUV) and corporate objectives Construction, maintenance and monitoring of processes for the qualification, control and auditing of external partner companies (construction, maintenance, maintenance) Ensuring compliance with all relevant H&S requirements, including EU/federal and national laws, technical rules (TRBS), DGUV regulations and industry-specific standards Creation, testing and updating of risk assessments for construction and maintenance work at radio sites and in the office/home office environment Planning and implementation of internal and external audits as well as construction site inspections, including derivation and prosecution of measures Conception and implementation of H&S trainings for internal employees and external service providers Examination of accidents at work, incidents and incidents relevant to safety, including analysis of causes, documentation and derivation of preventive measures Function as a competent contact person in all H&S questions, including support for strategic decisions and investment projects Close cooperation with management, operating areas, CPO, Legal/Compliance, purchasing, external authorities/organisations Regular exchange with English-speaking shareholders on H&S topics and compliance status

Your skills:

Complete studies in the field of safety technology, engineering, environmental/work protection or comparable qualification Recognised technical safety (e.g. specialist for occupational safety pursuant to § 7 ASiG) At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in H&S, ideally in the telecommunications, construction or energy sector Found experience in dealing with foreign companies and managing H&S inspections in complex project structures Practice in the international environment, especially in reporting and coordination with international and English-speaking stakeholders Additional certificates desirable (e.g. SCC, SiGeKo, Auditor ISO 45001) German and English skills
