Professional and disciplined leadership of a team of design engineers and technical designers Responsibility for the technical planning of wind energy projects from acquisition to construction phase Control of design and execution planning for infrastructure (e.g. cable connections, access roads, crane areas) Development and coordination of logistics concepts in close cooperation with Project Management Construction Preparation of mass investigations and tender documents for earth and cable construction work Coordination of external engineering offices and expert opinions Interface management with internal departments (e.g. construction and electrical engineering) Implementation of Technical Due Diligence in the Project Acquise Development of CapEx assessments together with interdisciplinary project teams Ensuring quality standards, efficient processes and optimal resource utilization in the team

Complete studies in engineering (e.g. construction, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, renewable energies) Multiannual experience in the planning and implementation of EPC or infrastructure projects, ideally in wind energy Leadership experience in technical teams and strong leadership skills Funded know-how in project management and technical project planning Experience in managing complex projects and cooperation with external partners Impressed entrepreneurial thinking and cost and quality awareness Structured, solution-oriented operation and high decision-making capability Communication strength and ability to coordinate interdisciplinary teams Very good German knowledge (min. C1) and good English knowledge (min. B2) High motivation to actively shape the energy transition and drive sustainable projects
