Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibility

• Development of contracts and award of construction measures
• Maintenance of documents and data management
• Preparation of construction tests and preparation of decision meetings
• Support for building tests and preparation of the test report
• Development of workflows and guides for various software solutions
• Record management at meetings
• assignment and support of hydraulic balances in the south-east
• Creation of performance descriptions, award and support of several construction measures (in particular interior renovations)
• Implementation of local dates for order clarification, construction site visits and decreases
• Coordination with tenants

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete university studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture with a focus on construction or a comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience
• Found experience in technical facility management, including maintenance, modernization, fire protection and renovation of buildings
• Class B licence
• Secure handling of MS Office
• Good knowledge of VOB, VOL, HOAI and relevant legal provisions
