As part of our digital engineering team specialized in payment transactions in Berlin, Frankfurt/Main, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Munich, Hamburg or Stuttgart, you are advising our international customers: in the digital transformation and introduction of new technologies and the digitalization of business processes. You can do a variety of tasks: Working in international, interdisciplinary teams to implement new technologies in payment transactions (Digital Money/Digital Assets, Blockchain, AI, Agentic AI, Agentic AI, Digital Identities) at the interface between departments and IT Analysis of relevant documentation and participation in the analysis, structuring and description of specific requirements against the background of the necessary adaptations to processes, systems or organisation Supporting the project teams in the IT transformation of companies, from strategic orientation, organisational structure requirements, application case and business model development, requirements analysis and design to implementation and operation. In addition, strategic, conceptual and technical advice focusing on Blockchain/Distributed Ledger technologies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda, etc.) Working with AI strategies and initiatives in line with regulatory, compliance, resilience and supervisory requirements, as well as the design and development of Hyperscaler cloud architectures and the technical strategy (AWS, Azure, GCP) including security, platform services and operation Analysis, design and implementation of models for artificial intelligence, data mining, predictive analytics and machine learning as well as the development of AI and GenAI-based digital engineering accelerators to support migration and transformation of large scale data models, to optimize existing business processes and the development of new business models

Successfully completed studies in computer science, economic informatics, economic engineering, business management, mathematics, physics or a comparable course of study with a technological-analytical background Affinity for the financial world and understanding of new innovative technologies (e.g. blockchain, AI, agentic AI) as well as initial programming and prompting knowledge and first experiences in a bank, a payment service provider, a management consultancy or FinTech with payment reference, ideally with a basic understanding of payment and new technologies Very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English
