Application planning/disposition of the external service technicians incl. appointment and tour planning Ensuring daily business and compliance with SLAs (including escalations) Telephone customer support: acceptance/processing of faults and complaints Coordination of external service providers and coordination with internal contact persons Documentation in ITSM/ServiceNow, editing of team mailboxes and reporting/KPIs
REQUIREMENTS Closed commercial vocational training Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP Good English knowledge of word and writing Very good communication capability, high independence and organizational strength Customer orientation, teamability, resilience and flexibility Efforts to make decisions and enforcement
