DISCLOSURE Digitalizing processes: In the adesso team, you take care of the digitization of customer processes and develop solutions for optimized business processes in the Financial Services sector. Your know-how is in demand in strategic decisions to implement supervisory requirements and their operational integration into the existing business, organization and system structure. Variety of roles: Take over the business analysis in the classic and agile project environment as project management or product owner. Creative advice: You strategically advise our customers on current challenges in banking topics such as digitalization, AI, data management, regulatory reporting (e.g. ESG) and payments. Analyze Data: You can handle database queries using tools such as SQL, SAS, Algo or MS Access. Design technical topics: Examine the active participation and co-responsibility for our topics in banking consultation.

Education: Studies in Business Informatics, (Financial)Mathematics, Computer Science with the focus on AI and/or Data Analytics Professional experience in the field of financial services: Depending on the entry level, you bring multi-year professional experience with banks, consulting, fintechs or payment service providers. Methods: You have already gained experience in classic and agile project management methods. Technological know-how: In the creation and analysis of database queries (e.g. SQL, SAS, Algo, MS-Access), you know well. Communication: Your strong strategic consulting and communication skills help you in the project everyday. AI Competence: You use AI tools in your area of expertise, evaluate the results critically and support customers and adessi to use potentials of AI. Language knowledge: Very good German and good English skills
