The North Rhine-Westphalia Association ensures the outpatient medical and psychotherapeutic care of 9.5 million people in North Rhine-Westphalia. At our administrative site in Cologne-Ossendorf we have built a new, modern and digital practice and are looking for a practical manager (m/w/d) for this medical practice and another planned practice in Kleve.

As a valuable member of our new practice team, you have the opportunity to actively shape the practice. You will meet a dedicated team that will help you implement your ideas for the continuous improvement of patient care.

After employment, there is the possibility of permanent continued employment in practice.

The operation of the facility is carried out by the health management company mbH (GMG). The GMG is a 100% subsidiary of the KV North Rhine and, inter alia, aimed at the requirements of the KVNO according to § 105 para. 1c SGB V and thus to ensure sustainable medical care in the affected region.

Organisation and further development of the processes at several practical locations Support of teams in everyday practice and support for organisational topics Ensuring uniform processes and quality standards Participation in the further development and integration of new practice sites Planning and coordination of personal topics such as service plans and team organisation Analysis of processes and utilisations for continuous optimization Interface between practice teams, management and external partners

A successfully completed commercial, medical training or similar qualification in health care (e.g. practical management, health management, MFA with further training practice management) Multiannual professional experience in practice, location or health management Leadership and a structured and solution-oriented way of working Organisational strength and interest in efficient processes Good IT skills and experience with practical software readiness to travel driving licence class B
