You have a successfully completed commercial training or a similar degree You ideally have first professional experience in the field of customer care You are sure to use PC and Internet applications and have very good German and English skills You bring strong communication strength and customer orientation, as well as a lot of pleasure in calling with You work independently and structured as well as flexible and ideologically in solving customer problems
