We are looking for the Office for Digitization, Organisation and IT of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The posts must be occupied without delay.

The field of IT contract management & cooperation advises the offices, specialist departments and subsidiaries on legal issues in the fields of contract, procurement and IT law. It supports procurement and contractual quality assurance in IT procurement procedures. Here, the visibility and commentation of award documents takes place from the production of documents for national and pan-European tenders to the tendering procedure.

A job that enthuses you

• You are legally advised/in contact person in the preparation, design and development of (EVB IT) contracts and agreements at municipal level as well as contact person/in and cross-sectional function on inner-city issues in the IT contract law context
• Your tasks include the enforcement of contractual claims and the implementation of contracts in ongoing processes
• the preparation of tender documents for IT procurements, in particular taking into account legal aspects, is also part of your tasks
• the conceptual and strategic development of tendering standards in terms of contract and procurement law is also one of your tasks
• They actively contribute to the advancement of demand-oriented planning and enforcement of contractual claims, as well as the elimination of performance disorders, in close cooperation with the digitalisation consultancy and IT procurement
• In the context of the IT contract management, you work with legal advice in projects and support the specialist offices in contract controlling and reporting on contract law

Your profile that suits us

• completed scientific legal higher education, at least in the first legal examination or comparable master's degree
• may also apply to highly qualified officials of the senior management (min. A 12) who provide the willingness and the conditions to successfully complete the course of the ascent and have many years of practical experience in the field of activity written out
• practical experience in the application of contract law and/or contract law
• very good oral and written expressability in German (min. C1)
• deepened knowledge of IT topics, including experiences in the field of Open Source Software, IT Security Act
• desirable are knowledge in the Cyber Resiliance Act, EU regulations on product safety, new EU adequacy decision for data transmission EU/USA and barrier-free reinforcement law
