Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in Parttime / Full-time

Activity description:

Our target groups of the SGB II and SGB III employees: Individual support needs to be integrated into the first labour market. Mainly in individual coaching, you help our participants meet their challenges.

Priorities of your activity may be: • Support in the development of a life and career perspective • Development, promotion and training of key competencies (also in group settings) • encouragement to develop and maintain network work • Behavior Training • Meeting target agreements with participants and controlling implementation • Cooperation with third parties (e.g. addiction and debt counselling) • Implementation of group offers • Timely documentation and reporting

Requirements profile:

• Professional or academic degree and/or relevant professional experience in the guidance OR completion as a master/master or technician and specialist with aptitude test to train • practical professional experience with the target group (the SGB II and SGB III referees:individuals) • professional experience (at least one year in the main occupation) in education and training, preferably in adult education • good knowledge of the regional training and labour market as well as of aid and counselling facilities • a friendly but binding occurrence and a motivating methodology • secure computer skills (MS-Office, Internet research) and the willingness to provide timely documentation
