IT Business Analyst Insurance (m/w/d)

In our insurance projects we support and support industrial insurers and brokers in the transformation into the digital world. In addition to software development, business analysis plays an important role. Discussions with experts at the customer as well as the visual processing of complex relationships and the construction of industry expertise are a key component here. Your tasks

• Transform the traditional insurance world into the digital world
• Digitalize industrial insurance products with our platform mgm Cosmo
• Promote the adaptation of digital processes to make cooperation between industrial insurers and their sales partners more efficient (Makler:innen, Insurers and Corporate Risk Manager:innen)
• Document and model the individual insurance processes and products for our development teams
• actively build up international new customers and manage
• Be contact:in for our customers and the software development team

• You have successfully completed your studies in the field of natural sciences, humanities, business management, business informatics or computer science, or you have a comparable qualification, e.g. a training from the insurance field
• You bring at least 3 years of industry experience from the insurance sector, ideally in the fields of commercial or industrial insurance with
• In addition, you can score points with knowledge in business analysis, model-driven software development, as well as the safe handling of tools like Jira and Confluence and Office (especially Excel)
• You convince by a targeted, structured way of working and a high team capability
• You have strong communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration between specialist teams and customers
• You have the necessary fingertip feeling to identify needs and further expand our customer relationships as well as attract new customers
• You bring the willingness to occasional missions
• Very good German and good English skills complete your profile
