You are someone who likes to take responsibility and is on the move with a clear look for solutions. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that our Windows clients run smoothly with customers – from installation to support. * If it's hakt, you'll keep a cool head: you'll independently analyze faults and find the best solution together in the team.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete technical training, e.g. as IT system electronics:in or comparable qualification
• At least two years of professional experience in the IT environment
• First experience in support of hardware and operating systems
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
