Advising executives and employees of a selected field of support on all personal and labour law topics in German and English Accompanying the entry and exit process and the onboarding of new employees Trustful cooperation with our works council Center of competence within our HR department for the topics of salary development and employee retention Preparation of evaluations, analysis of data and preparation of decision bases Participation in overarching human resources projects and the continuous optimization, harmonisation and standardization of our HR processes Close cooperation with a P&C Coordinator for managing administrative tasks

Successfully completed studies of economic, legal or social sciences, preferably with a focus on personnel work Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Practical knowledge of labour law Secure German & English skills Service- and solution-oriented operation as well as proactivity and ownership Embossed communication and team skills
