Specialist*in Examination Service occupation next possible | limited until 30.11.2026 (parent-time representation) | Full-time | Higher education degree and teaching | Campus Deutz Advising audit committee chairpersons, teachers and students with regard to audit procedures and in individual cases Preparation of the installation of audit regulations in the audit management system in cooperation with the competent team Checking the requirements for audit declarations and rebooking of audit services Coordination of registration deadlines and examination dates in consultation with the relevant faculty and entries in the examination management system Creating various certificates and notifications in the event of definitive non-compliance and implementation of extricacies in the course of study Participation in the conversion of the HIS-POS/GX audit management system to HISinOne EXA

completed commercial vocational training, preferably as an administrative specialist; alternative a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Found professional experience in administration, ideally in student and exam service Safe handling of current MS Office programs Good knowledge of HIS-POS/GX or comparable databases of advantage Very good German and good English skills Careful and service-oriented approach Impressed team spirit while working independently
