Quality Manager (m/f/d)

For our client, a medium-sized furniture manufacturer, we are looking for a quality manager (m/w/d). You are responsible for the quality along the entire value chain and accompany the products over their entire life cycle. As a central interface between purchasing, production, logistics, sales, suppliers and customers It has a strong sense of quality, sound knowledge of goods and analytical thinking with open and binding communication. This makes a significant contribution to ensuring product quality, customer satisfaction and sustainable company success.

• Responsibility for quality assurance along the entire process chain, from receipt of goods to delivery to the customer • Testing and evaluation of materials, fittings, wood materials, surfaces and other components of furniture production • Analysis of quality indicators (KPIs) and derivation and implementation of appropriate improvement measures • Treatment of complaints, causes analyses and sustainable troubleshooting • Close cooperation with purchasing, production, work preparation, sales and logistics as a central interface in the company

• Completed training or studies in the technical or commercial environment, ideally as a wood technician (m/w/d) or with comparable qualification • Found knowledge of furniture, in particular wood materials, surfaces, fittings and accessories • professional experience in quality management or in a quality function of the furniture and wood processing industry • Embossed analytical thinking skills as well as safe handling of key figures and quality data • High communication skills, enforcement strength and joy in cooperation with different business areas • Structured, solution-oriented and self-responsive operation as well as safe handling of ERP systems and MS Office
