In the course of an age-related succession planning, we are looking for a head of electronics production (m/w/d). In this role, you take over a key position in the production of innovative electronic locking systems, secure a smooth production process and at the same time bring your own impulses to the further development of processes, technologies and automation solutions.

Technical and disciplinary management of electronics production incl. Responsibility for organization, personnel and results Ensuring a stable production process with a focus on quality, efficiency and time accuracy Analysis of relevant production characteristics and derivation and implementation of specific optimization measures Further development of production with a focus on digitalization, automation and modern production concepts Support of product launches and integration of new electronic components into existing manufacturing processes

Complete technical training with further training to master in the electrotechnical environment or comparable Multiannual experience in manufacturing a manufacturing company, first leadership experience of advantage Knowledge of operating production control and interest in modern manufacturing technologies Structured, process-oriented mode of operation combined with high quality awareness Binding appearance, communication strength and pronounced hands-on mentality
