Tasks

• Implementation of care documentation
• Disciplinary and professional leadership within the team in the absence of department management
• Participation and management of team and case meetings
• Regular participation in team leader meetings
• Development and updating of the service plan
• Coordination and monitoring of holiday planning
• Self-coordination for employees' medical reports

• Sensitive, empathic handling of our patients (m/w/d)

• First leadership experience desirable
