• Configure, develop and implement robust and scalable solutions that meet the business requirements and adhere to proven practices and architecture guidelines in a heterogeneous provider environment.

• ServiceNow integrate and customize to optimize business processes.

• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.

• Develop and maintain SQL databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Use Data Factory for data integration and transformation tasks.

• Design and implement ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow between systems.

• Develop interactive and informative reports with Power BI.

• Provide technical guidance and guidance for development teams by following architectural guidelines and best practices.

• Technical problems that occur during project implementation and in daily operation, fix and solve.

• Keep up to date with industry trends and progress to ensure that our solutions are always up-to-date.

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related area.

• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules, integration and adaptation.

• Comprehensive experience with SQL databases, including query optimization, indexing and performance optimization.

• Proven experience as a solution analyst focusing on Data Factory, Reporting, Azure, ETL and Power BI for creating interactive reports and dashboards.

• Excellent problem solving capabilities and the ability to resolve complex technical problems.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to lead and maintain development teams.

• Passion to keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies.
