In this role, you are responsible for the smooth handling and optimization of our EU customs procedures to ensure efficient flow of goods. Compliance with all relevant customs processes is ensured and advises internal specialist departments proactively in customs matters. You plan and implement customs process adjustments that are both efficient and legally compliant, and align them closely with other departments and customs authorities in the EU. The Customs Authorisation Management is in your hands, with the necessary requests and the communication with customs authorities. Last but not least, you analyze new legal requirements and develop strategies for implementation to keep our company up to date.

Training: completed university studies in business administration or a comparable qualification in customs, external trade or comparable experience and know-how: several years of customs experience; Special knowledge in the field of customs law (EU), preferential law and tariff law; very good IT knowledge of ATLAS and MS Office applications; operational process understanding and strategic thinking ability to plan and implement process adaptations efficiently and legally in line with other specialist departments Personality and mode of operation: you succeed in convincingly argumenting complex facts, and you bring you with pronounced communication competence and enforcement capability; you like to take responsibility, work constructively in the team and show a high degree of self-initiative Languages: German and English in word and writing
