We are looking for our location in Ahlen:

You plan development-accompanying tests by reading test strategies from specifications and user-centric requirements. You carry out functional, load and continuous running tests, evaluate the results and identify constructive weaknesses at an early stage. You actively discuss technical improvements with development engineers to develop robust product solutions. You are currently structuring FMEA into the development projects to systematically secure technical risks. You document and provide validated insights as well as test concepts to the quality department to support the transition to series maturity.

You have a degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in the development-oriented testing of technical products as well as in the validation of prototypes and assemblies. You have very good knowledge of the preparation and structuring of test plans and have experience in FMEA and the systematic risk assessment. You have a strong technical understanding of mechanical and mechatronic systems and are able to evaluate test results in a sound manner and to derive constructive measures. You work analytically and structured, communicate technical facts clearly and objectively and consistently document your results.
