Financial Accountant / Balance Sheet Accountant Family Office (m/w/d)

In your role as a financial or accounting account holder (m/w/d), you will become a key player for all issues relating to numbers, structure and commercial processes. Not only do you perform classical accounting activities, but also property-related tasks – a position that combines practice, strategy and operational responsibility.

You carry out the complete financial accounting – including debitor, creditor, bank and cash accounting – independently and reliably Preparing financial statements: You first write monthly evaluations (BWA), prepare annual accounts and tax declarations (depending on qualification) and work closely with the tax advisor Control payment flows: You take over payment and reminding, keep an eye on open items and ensure smooth payment Maintaining property data: You provide master data, monitor renting incomings, and calculate additional costs via the company's own real estate software Strengthen Controlling: You monitor cost developments, prepare business evaluations, analyze target-actual deviations and support management in financial planning and reporting

Closed commercial training, e.g. as a tax specialist (m/w/d) – ideally with further training for/for the financial or balance sheet holder/in Professional experience in financial accounting Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel); DATEV knowledge desirable Structured, conscientious and independent operation Joy of numbers, organization and active participation of commercial processes
