Selection and development of new suppliers in Germany and abroad Building sustainable quality standards along the entire supply chain Assessment of technical feasibility and quality of new components Analysis of deviations and derivation of concrete improvement measures for suppliers Conducting audits including evaluation and action tracking Actively control release processes for new parts and accompany SOP Close coordination with purchasing, development and production in materials and parts procurement Use of common quality tools to stabilize and optimize processes

Technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, etc.) Experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance or Supplier Development routine in handling quality methods (FMEA, 8D or comparable) Understanding the production processes of complex assemblies Safe in handling MS Office and ERP systems (ideally SAP) Strong communication in the international context, secure for negotiation Structured operation with clear focus on solutions Ready to travel German and English at a very good level
