Old buildings have a history and fascinate us. In the Winterhuder Poßmoorweg 6, we are dealing with a “Youngtimer”, a former publishing house from the 70s. The classic reinforced concrete skeleton with its brown-red brick structure reminds of the Brownstone Houses in Manhattan and Brooklyn. As a reminiscent of this, we built a new Townhouse with boutique apartments in the urban industrial style of today.

The SICON Group is a service provider in the project development of Serviced Apartments. The main focus is on stock development. Lands are also planned and built with the same intensity. To date, our focus is in Hamburg, where we have accompanied several developments: The Freytag Apartment 040 HUB Apartments - Harburg and St. Georg sylc. Work closely with the team of kitchen, front office, housekeeping and technology.

Ensure order, quality, cleanliness and smooth running in the R&B sector.

Actively compress the atmosphere in the house and make visible the new, unconventional character of the Hood House.

You are motivated, open-minded, curious and communicative. You want to do a new, unconventional chapter with us – with heart and joy at the job. You bring a strong hands-on mentality and real host gene. You are satisfied if the guest is satisfied and will be happy to work on the team. Communication with guests and colleagues is fun. Ideally, you have a training as HoFa, HoKa or ReFa or something comparable. Cross-catchers with R&B or FO experience are also welcome, and F&B experience is particularly welcome. Knowledge in Opera Cloud PMS and the Lightspeed Kassensystem are desirable - no need You bring good PC, Office and Excel skills and you want to digitize. You speak English very well, you speak fluently, another language is a plus. You are stressful, organizational, flexible, and are looking for cool R&B and hospitality.
