Electrical Engineering Construction Manager - Building Services / Major Projects (m/f/d)

You take over the specialist building management (LPH 8, HOAI) for the ELT and/or HLSK plants at large construction sites in Saxony, for example for customers such as Porsche, Daimler and Bosch. You coordinate and guide the entrepreneurs on site and monitor the professional execution of the work. As a central interface on the construction site, you regularly agree with clients, architects and specialist planners. You carefully check plan documents, control measurements and monitor the technical documentation. You are responsible for the acceptance of the technical equipment and control the subsequent defect management until the final handover.

As an engineer, technician or master (m/w/d), you will bring at least 2-3 years of experience in the construction management of large projects, ideally in the ELT and/or HLSK trade unions. With your enforcing capability and your reliable, result-oriented way of working, you can take responsibility at the construction site. In dealing with current MS Office applications, you are routined and safe. You speak German fluently (at least C1) to vote with all project participants safely. A class B driving license completes your profile.
