Development and Responsibility of our Inhouse Bank and Building a Payment Factory: Development and Implementation of a Central Treasury Structure to Control Group-wide Financial Flows Innovative liquidity planning: support in day-to-day business, optimisation and digitization of processes, introduction of new technologies and simulation tools Management of interest and currency risks: development and implementation of hedging strategies to hedge against market fluctuations Financial Services Contact: Support and advice of our operational units in the implementation of innovative solutions for our customers (B2B & B2C) Cooperation with banks and internal stakeholders: Negotiations with national and international financial partners to implement new financial solutions and manage daily business Use of modern technologies: use of treasury management systems and digital solutions to optimize processes

Experience & Expertise: Multiannual, profound experience in treasury management, ideally in an international trading company or financial institution Expertise: Funded knowledge in cash, interest and currency management, and good understanding of in-house banking structures Analytical thinking: ability to analyze complex financial processes and develop innovative solutions Communication strength: Secure handling of internal and external stakeholders, negotiating skills with banks and financial partners Own initiative: Conceptual strength and joy in the further development of treasury processes Technological affinity: Experience with modern treasury management systems (TMS), digital financial solutions and ERP systems (S4HANA of advantage) Language knowledge: German and English knowledge (C1)
