Accountant (m/w/d)

They are responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and the annual accounts for the LVM direct real estate capital investments. You are responsible for the responsibility of debitor accounting and creditor accounting including the dunning. As part of the interface management, you will take over the coordination and close cooperation with auditors, corporate accounting and other group-internal departments. They contribute to the further development of accounting processes and digital interfaces (e.g. iX-Haus, SAP). They actively participate in the creation of provisions, delimitations and other final bookings. They account for ongoing business incidents in the area of rental income, operating costs, maintenance and investments. They prepare tax reports such as sales tax pre-registrations or summary reports - in cooperation with our Tax section.

They have a training course for/for tax specialist employees or a professional training course with further training on the account book holder:in or tax specialist:in. In addition, you will bring several years of professional experience in accounting, finance or taxes, preferably in the real estate sector. They have a pronounced number affinity, coupled with the ability to interpret and critically question results. If you can demonstrate knowledge about common ERP systems (SAP and iX-Haus), this would be advantageous. A high degree of loadability and flexibility as well as a pronounced team and communication capability complete your profile.
